Mitigating gibbsite particle cracking and breakage during industrial alumina production can increase the quality of smelter grade alumina product by reducing the ultrafine particle content. Therefore, it is essential to investigate the particle cracking during static calcination and the breakage of calcined gibbsite particles under external force. In this work, we investigated the impact of the calcination ramping rate and the crystallite size on gibbsite particle cracking during static calcination. A slow ramping rate and a large pristine crystallite size tend to increase particle cracking. Apart from the study of particle cracking behaviour, we also investigated the breakage of calcined gibbsite particle under external force. Cracks on the particle surface can initiate breakage within the crystallite and along the grain boundary under external force. The breakage within crystallite occurs as the cleavage of the crystallite, while the breakage along the grain boundary leads to the shedding of a whole crystallite. We further explored the factors influencing the strength of calcined gibbsite particles. With increasing calcination temperature, the strength of particle increases when gibbsite converts to boehmite, and then decreases when boehmite converts into amorphous alumina. Particles containing smaller crystallites and calcined with fast ramping rates exhibit higher resistance to breakage.  相似文献

The joining of liquid-phase sintered SiC (LPS-SiC) ceramics was conducted using spark plasma sintering (SPS), through solid state diffusion bonding, with Ti-metal foil as a joining interlayer. Samples were joined at 1400 °C, under applied pressures of either 10 or 30 MPa, and with different atmospheres (argon, Ar, vs. vacuum). It was demonstrated that the shear strength of the joints increased with an increase in the applied joining pressure. The joining atmosphere also affected on both the microstructure and shear strength of the SiC joints. The composition and microstructure of the interlayer were examined to understand the mechanism. As a result, a SiC-SiC joining with a good mechanical performance could be achieved under an Ar environment, which in turn could provide a cost-effective approach and greatly widen the applications of SiC ceramic components with complex shape.  相似文献

A series of rare earth zirconates (RE2Zr2O7) high-entropy ceramics with single- and dual-phase structure were prepared. Compared with La2Zr2O7 and Yb2Zr2O7, the smaller “rattling” ions (Yb3+, Er3+, Y3+) have been incorporated into pyrochlore lattice in (La0.2Nd0.2Y0.2Er0.2Yb0.2)2Zr2O7 (LNYEY) while larger ions (La3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Eu3+) incorporated into fluorite lattice in (La0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Gd0.2Yb0.2)2Zr2O7 (LNSGY). Due to high-entropy lattice distortion and resonant scattering derived from smaller ions Yb3+, Er3+, and Y3+, LNYEY shows a lower glass-like thermal conductivity (1.62-1.59 W m-1 K-1, 100-600℃) than LNSGY (1.74-1.75 W m-1 K-1, 100-600℃). Moreover, LNYEY and LNSGY exhibit enhanced Vickers’ hardness (LNYEY, Hv = 11.47 ± 0.41 GPa; LNSGY, Hv = 10.96 ± 0.26 GPa) and thermal expansion coefficients (LNYEY, 10.45 × 10-6 K-1, 1000℃; LNSGY, 11.02 × 10-6 K-1, 1000℃). These results indicate that dual-phase rare-earth-zirconate high-entropy ceramics could be desirable for thermal barrier coatings.  相似文献

Titanium and boron are simultaneously introduced into LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 to improve the structural stability and electrochemical performance of the material. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that Ti4+ ion replaces Li+ ion and reduces the cation mixing; B3+ ion enters the tetrahedron of the transition metal layers and enlarges the distance of the [LiO6] layers. The co-doped sample has spherical secondary particles with elongated and enlarged primary particles, in which Ti and B elements distribute uniformly. Electrochemical studies reveal the co-doped sample has improved rate performance (183.1 mAh·g-1 at 1 C and 155.5 mAh·g-1 at 10 C) and cycle stability (capacity retention of 94.7% after 100 cycles at 1 C). EIS and CV disclose that Ti and B co-doping reduces charge transfer impedance and suppresses phase change of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2.  相似文献

为应对电力系统安全分析中的停机问题,基于概率法的方式,将常用的确定停机计算与加入了概率法的概率停机进行比较,研究了二者的区别与其在长期投资方向的不同。在进行电力系统停机分析时,通常会分别从确定停机与概率停机的角度出发,对其应急状态下的潮流进行计算。但前者的方法可能导致极低概率的停机事件被忽略,进而影响长期的资金投资。通过加入概率法的计算,使得对单个停机事件的判定由其具体的频率来确定,增加了系统运行的稳定性。  相似文献

介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司新建的3 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置,其配套使用中国石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司开发的催化剂级配技术,并实施了可根据原料供应及市场产品需求情况灵活调整切换的2种生产技术方案。1 a的安稳生产运行结果表明:该装置以直馏柴油为主原料,通过分馏塔的馏分切割及其侧线抽出,实现了稳产国Ⅵ柴油并兼产喷气燃料技术方案的工业化应用;在实施以兼产喷气燃料为主的生产技术方案时,通过调整常一线柴油的掺炼量,不仅可以生产含硫量小于10.0 μg/g的精制柴油产品,同时兼产所得到的喷气燃料产品含硫量小于0.5 μg/g,赛波特颜色号值大于30;在实施主产精制柴油组分方案时,通过掺炼质量分数为20%~40%的催化柴油,并使所提炼得到的精制柴油组分含硫量小于6.0 μg/g的前提下,这些精制柴油组分产品既可直接作为满足国Ⅵ柴油产品出厂待售,也可作为柴油调和组分储存待用于产品的进一步优化。  相似文献

Brown rice noodles (RN) are typical whole-grain products with health benefits. This study investigated the effects of rice bran fermented with Lactobacillus plantarum on palatability, volatile profiles, and antioxidant activity of brown RN. Three kinds of RN, including RN, brown RN (BRN), and bran fermented RN (BFRN), were involved in this study. The results indicated that bran fermentation reduced the cooking loss of BFRN and improved the elongation and the sensory attributes of brown RN. After fermentation, aldehydes were significantly decreased while alcohols increased, and more pleasant flavours were shown in BFRN. Fermentation increased the content of free phenolics and decreased the content of bound phenolics. Among the four major phenolics detected in this study, ferulic acid was the most abundant one in all three RN samples. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and the ferric reducing antioxidant power of free phenolics in BFRN increased significantly compared to BRN. This study proved that rice bran fermentation is an effective approach to improve palatability, enrich the flavour as well as enhance the antioxidant activity of brown RN, which may facilitate the development of processing technology for brown RN.  相似文献

Palladium-based catalysts have been widely employed in the electro-Fenton process for in situ generation of H2O2. However, the process is still far from being practical on a large scale. In this work, a series of ClxFePd/γ-Al2O3/Al catalysts were prepared by a three-step-impregnation method. They exhibited excellent activity in H2O2 in situ synthesis and high efficiency in phenol degradation. The characterization results showed that Cl could assist in increasing the content of Pd0 and reducing the isoelectric point of catalysts, which led to the drastic promotion in the synthesis of H2O2. Theoretical calculations further demonstrated that Cl doping could facilitate the main reaction in H2O2 synthesis, as well as inhibit side reactions such as dissociation of the O O bond. Furthermore, kinetic models were proposed and fitted. A plausible reaction mechanism as well as degradation pathways were elaborated based on electron spin resonance and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry results. These findings illustrate the value of palladium-based ClxFePd/γ-Al2O3/Al catalysts for their application in the electro-Fenton process.  相似文献
